YMCA Camp Potawotami has an opening for an Office Manager/Camp Registrar. Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have noticeable experience providing excellent customer service, an understanding of programs that serve children and an ability to build relationships with diverse populations. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 years of office experience.
Must have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products or the equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Possess strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
Positive, service-oriented attitude serving diverse groups of campers in regard to age, ethnicity, gender, race, economic status, religion, etc.
