Ownership/License

I agree and confirm that:

(i) I irrevocably grant to the National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America and its independent and autonomous member associations (collectively “The Y”) the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, no-cost license and right to use and otherwise exploit in perpetuity the photo, video, film and all images and text included or depicted therein and the caption (“Content”), in whole or in part, in any manner or medium now or hereafter known or devised or discovered (including, without limitation, DVDs, streaming media, film, television, print, interactive devices, mobile media, Internet and on-line systems), throughout the universe and in any and all languages. The Y will have the right to use the Content in any merchandising, advertising, marketing, promotion or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose;

(ii) I have the consent of anyone mentioned or appearing in the Content to use the Content and to provide his/her personal information to The Y for the purposes set out above;

(iii) I waive and relinquish all so-called “moral rights” (droit moral) now or hereafter recognized in connection with the Content;

(iv) I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, including without limitation, licensing fees, royalties, payments or any other form of consideration from The Y for its use of the Content;

(v) the Content and personal information are subject to The Y’s Privacy Policy; and

(vi) The Y is not obligated to make use of the Content.
