As a graphic artist for the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, Jim uses his artistic talents to create vibrant digital and print assets to promote his Y. Jim also helped launch the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) and is proud to make his Y a place where everyone can feel that they belong.
