Connect with Programs

The YMCA is dedicated to helping people grow, learn and play at any age. Kids have fun and expand their horizons through summer camps, swimming, youth sports and more. Adults can try new activities like martial arts, CPR training or a newfound hobby. There’s so much waiting to be discovered.

  • After School Programs

The Y knows that kids thrive when allowed to explore and learn in a safe environment. We offer after school programs with academic support, playtime and fun activities in a welcoming and engaging setting.

  • Swim, Sports & Play

The Y is dedicated to health, wellness and fun for all. We offer kids' sports like baseball, basketball, soccer, karate, gymnastics and swimming, helping participants gain new skills, make new friends and learn to work as a team, while connecting with positive role models.

  • Education and Leadership Programs

The Y helps young people unlock their full potential, providing them with mentorship and leadership opportunities. Programs like Youth & Government™ empower students to take on new responsibilities and expand their horizons. Our STEM activities foster critical thinking, self-confidence and problem-solving while helping to close opportunity gaps.

  • Camp Programs

Summer camps at the Y give kids a chance to interact with nature, make new friends and learn new skills — all amidst the fun of campfires, bugle calls, canoeing, archery and talent shows. A camp community teaches young people how to be more independent and to contribute to a group as they engage in physical, social and educational activities.

  • Social Groups

Whether in-person or virtually, you can connect with friends old and new in one of our many social groups. Join a book group, play bingo, find a knitting circle, attend coffee chats and more. The Y has something for everyone.

  • Chronic Disease Prevention

Over the past 15 years, the Y has become a leading provider of evidence-based chronic disease prevention. We work to help individuals prevent, monitor and manage diseases with programs like Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, as well as partnerships with the American Heart Association. We also provide supportive programs for people living with cancer and arthritis.

  • Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day at the Y has all the ingredients for developing healthy, resilient kids — physical activity, laughter, curiosity and healthy food. Enjoy our unique recipe for healthy fun and join the Y for a day that celebrates kids being kids. Find Healthy Kids Day events near you.

  • Supporting Newcomers & Immigrants

The Y knows that our communities are stronger when everyone feels welcome. Welcoming Week celebrates newcomer immigrants and their many contributions to the social fabric of our country. Contact your local Y to find out what Welcoming Week activities are happening near you.
